The ‘Step-Forward’ project supports marginalised young people and young adults (aged 16 to 24) who face multiple barriers to employment, training, and education. The Step-Forward project supports young people to further their vocational goals. The project delivers low intensity mental health and well-being interventions and distributes secured funds to young people and young adults to help with vocational expenses.
Expected outcome 1: The young person will identify and achieve vocational targets personal to them and demonstrated by co-designed outcomes thus improving their prospects and outlook on life.
Expected outcome 2: The young person will identify and achieve emotional management/life skill targets personal to them and demonstrated by co-designed outcomes, thereby improving their mental health and well-being.
